    quickly get into the habit of a solid, fat-blasting exercise regimen!
    "3-Week Boot Camp" (52 min.) offers two high-powered, twenty-minute
    workouts emphasizing cardio and strength training, plus a bonus Ab Fat
    Blaster section. A great addition to fitness libraries, "3-Week Boot
    Camp" lives up to its title as an exercise routine sure to help the
    viewer look and feel better in short time! Simple, inexpensive hand
    weights are advised to get the most out of the workout, and a music-
    only option is available. "Body Makeover Mix" (49 min.) offers three
    15-minute workouts for toning one's muscles: Upper-Body Sculpt, Lower-
    Body Sculpt, and Ab & Core Conditioning (which includes standing moves
