Massachusetts is migrating to open-source software

    Occasionally, I hear that out-of-touch argument about "not enough
    applications on linux/BSD/UNIX"...well, my company does quite well with it,
    The state of Massachusetts (USA) is doing it, Italian schools are doing it,
    etc, etc, etc..
