Management Procedures

    Hi All

    I have just been appointed as IT manager of a medium size firm. I have been
    asked to create a set of procedures and "do's and don'ts" for staff when
    using email, internet etc, as well as things like disaster recovery etc.

    Does anybody have a set of company procedures which I can modify for my
    purposes? I havn't got a clue where to start.
