Mainboard/CPU compatibility

  1. Hi...

    General question here.

    If the specs for a motherboard say Pentium 4 CLASS, can I assume that a
    Celeron will work just as well with it?

    Apart from the fact that a Celeron in general won't work as well as a
    P4, yes. Both processor types require Socket 478 motherboards.
