    Getting the following message, any advice.

    The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'ntlworld woolway-Mail',
    Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
    Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

    Do you use Norton anti-virus?

    Do a System Restore to about December 29th, and turn off Norton's
    Inbound and Outbound email scanning. Then go get a non-bloatware a-v
    program. Ex: Avast and AVG are free.

    What do you have as your incoming e-mail server in your e-mail client.
    Looks like it is resolving to your local PC ('127.0.0.1') rather than
    the correct server.
