Logon Problems in XP Pro

Discussion in 'Windows 64bit' started by =?Utf-8?B?bWprdGlnMg==?=, Jun 26, 2007.

  1. I used to be able to press ctrl-alt-del and then simply press enter to log on
to Windows XP Pro. I must have done something wrong because later, after
getting the message to press ctrl-alt-del, it called for an ID and password.
I no longer could press enter and log on like before. Now when the
ctrl-alt-del appears and I press those keys, the computer locks up and does
nothing. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks.
