Linux ISL Router on a Stick

Discussion in 'Cisco' started by º°·.·°º M¤§fët º°·.·°º, Nov 23, 2003.

  1. There was a Linux kernel patch that facilitated ISL trunking similar to the
FreeBSD vlan(4) driver (FreeBSD supports only 802.1q). Googled for it, but
most of the references are dead links.

Has anyone tried it in the past? Any knowledge of where I may find a recent
    incarnation of the project?

    Thanks!
