Linux C++ Programming to communicate with Sound/Audio Card Drivers Installed

    I like o learn C++ programming to communicate with the Device Drivers like Sound And Video Drivers Which Install on the Linux (Fedora 4) system.

    I could not find any tutorials or help in the web to learn on this.

    Please help if anyone knows link to learn on this.
