    Hello,

I have a big problem. I just got some bad Spyware and viruses on my laptop. So I went did the virus scan it deleted some things, went and got Search and Destroy and it ran and deleted a lot but when I restarted after running that my laptop wouldn't load windows. It goes and comes to the windows page were it say Windows XP is loading, and then restarts. I even went in and tryied loading it in Safe Mode just to get the files. I need some of the files on there. How do you get files off a laptop harddrive, also if I can not loggin to that windows how to I get files that are read only?

    Thank you!
