KVM switch password protected?

    Hi all,

    Recently went to use this KVM switch that's been gathering dust on a
    shelf and found it has a password set. Got no idea what it is, googled
    and found nothing. Here's the model

    Anyone got any idea if you can reset them or what the default password
    might be??
