    Hi

Just started using Thunderbird, I have a question about the junk filter.
When it marks something as junk and it shouldn't you can tell it that
the item is not junk by clicking a button. Is it possible to get the
mail to move from the Junk folder to the relevant inbox automatically or
do you have to do it manually?

Correct. The JMC will move messages you mark as junk to the junk folder
automatically, but any false positives that you mark as not junk will
have to be moved manually back to the desired folder.
