ISP logs on when I boot up

Last night my ISP started logging on when I turned the computer on. It is
not supposed to log on until I click on the icon on the desktop. Only thing
I've done differently is that I installed QuickBooks last night. How can I
keep the ISP from doing this?

QuickBooks has an update manager that it puts in the startup folder. Delete
    it

start -> programs -> startup right click on QuickBooks then delete
