I have a 'practice' computer that I use with the Training Kit book by Glenn
and Northrup. This question has probably been asked: Because XP needs
activation, is it practical or even possible to practice installs? Does
Microsoft allow for multiple activations for this purpose?

    Hi Kurt

You can install XP without activating it - Microsoft give you 30 days from
the date of installation to activate XP before it loses functionality.

    Kind regards.
