installation problem

  1. Hi all,
    my system is hp xw 6200 dual xeon 3.2 2gb ddr2 400 pc3200,
    i am having a problem installing x64 on my system, it goes fine all the way,
    but when it reboots it freezes at windows logo, it doesn't go anywhere from
    that.
    it didn't even realize the 1 gb memory stick i have in there. i updated the
    bios from
    hp web site & nothing is working.
    i really appreciate any help i can get.
