    Hi guys ,i i have a local printer attatch to a pc,is there anyway that i can
    get a log of what was printed.
    or do i have to use a special software.

    A quick way is that you can turn on the "Keep printed documents" setting in
    the printer properties on the Advanced tab. That will keep the documents
    printed in the print queue and you can check when they were printed. The down
    side is that it will take up space on the hard drvie as the whole document is
    kept. A possible up side is that it can be reprinted if need be. You would
    have to manually clean out the queue to to clear space, but you then you
    loose the "log".
