I'm looking for an Adapter for an CardBus PCI card to a Dell Notebook That Has PCIe Slot

    A coworker has a Dell 1505 notebook w/, I think, Express Card S4 or 54
    slots. He wants to use an older CardBus PCI card w/ this notebook is there
    an adapter or an external Express Card S4 or 54 adapter that might work?

    Why? What CardBus unit is he trying to plug into his new Dell?
