Ihug dropping all binary groups

    Just reported in Ihug news group that from Sept 1st Ihug will be dropping
    all binary groups from their server.

    Didn't they try that a few years ago and had to back down because of their
    customers complaining about it?

    Any reason given as to why? (this time)

    They never completely dropped them, they just cut them back a lot.

    They said ALL Binary groups will be dropped.

    But do tertiary groups include binary groups?

    Binary (base 2) -> ternary (base 3).
