If A Patent Is A Monopoly, Then A Patent Pool Is A Cartel

    pooled gives the lie to the claim that patents are supposed to be an
    incentive to innovation, right?

    Patents are so 19th century. Nevermore so than where software is concerned.

    Not only is the law an ass, it is also behind it
