ICMP(type:8/subtype:0)

  1. ICMP(type:8/subtype:0)

    Could someone please explain what this is: ICMP(type:8/subtype:0) it shows
    up in my Zonealarm protocols but I am fairly new with Zonealarm and in the
    last week I have seen this come up but never before.

    Type 8 Echo Request - i.e. ping.
