    Hi,

I got a medium sized company
    I'd like to hire a MCSE 2003

Does Microsoft provide any directory (That match for instance location) to employers who want to hire a MCSE ?

    Thank you

  2. No, but job sites like Dice, HotJobs, Monster, and ComputerJobs.com do.

Glad to hear it, but one word of advice. Don't assume someone with an MCSE
knows what they are doing just because they are certified.

  5. Microsoft provides limited assistance in that department in the US:

    http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mcp/benefits/whyhire.asp

I notice that you are in France. Post an ad on your country-specific online
job sites specifying a MCSE (or at least MCP Windows Server 2003) as a
requirement. The absolute fastest way to get someone with MCSE on-board
quickly is to locate an appropriate Microsoft Certified Partner (we prefer
to certify key people as MCSEs after a certain point), ideally with
    expertise in your vertical industry.

Now, if that's something you'd consider, have a look here and specify France
    as location:
    http://directory.microsoft.com/mprd/

You can post an ad on USENET for free in fr.jobs. Not many MCSEs will read
that group, but ads posted there will get reposted to the web at no charge
to you by some jobs aggregators as a benefit for their customers.
