HSRP Issue in Cisco 2600

    I have two HSRP group routers
    Active was configured 105 and default tracking. Standby was 100 and default tracking.
    When there was link issue on the active router last week standby became active. But when the active link came up the priority did not change to 105. It is still 95. what could be the reason. How can I bring back the priority to 105 and make the router active?
