HP to do a custom distro?

Discussion in 'NZ Computing' started by Lawrence D'Oliveiro, Oct 30, 2008.

  1. Apparently HP's planning a "Mini 1000 with MIE" model which will run Linux
with a custom interface for accessing digital content.

Just like Asus with its custom icon menus on the Eee models, this is the
kind of experimentation that Linux encourages.
