How to view mapping files .BIX .BCP (raster) and .OSM (vector)

    How can I open and view these mapping files (Ordnance Survey 1:50.000 and
    1:10,000) .BIX and .BCP come in pairs and are raster files .OSM are vector.

    Try image editors/viewers like The GIMP, Adobe SVG Viewer, or Irfanview.
