How to test an ATX power suppply

    How to test an ATX power suppply.

    I'ver read thet you can jumper pins 14 and 15 the mobo plug and plug in a
    12v fan, but it's not reccomended.



    Any ideas?

    Using a piece of wire, join the green wire and any black wire.

    yep.. I agree that works fine.. it powers up as if the motherboard was
    present.
