Open your browser, in the URL bar type 192.168.1.1

And we are supposed to know WHICH brand and model of router that you
happen to have? You could try http://192.168.1.1 as that works with my
router but that doesn't mean the internal web server in your router
listens on that same LAN-side IP address, especially if someone
configured it differently than the factory defaults. If you don't have
the manual that came with your router (which might be on an included CD)
then go to the vendor's web site to see if they have an online copy of
the manual for that router. It might have the instructions you seek.

After you get past the 192.168.1.1 and land in the internal webby page fer yer
    router, mate, know these instructions:
    https://www.opendns.com/homenetwork/start/device/router
    If that aint hepful...
    Try this:
    http://forums.opendns.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=2975

Or ADMIT DEFEAT and hire a local tech.
