How to enable Local Users and Groups on WinXP Home Edition.

    Hi folks,

    I was wondering if there anyway of enabling the Local Users and Group
    functionality on Windows XP Home.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    You need XP Pro, it can't be done on the Home version.
