Hello there, I was hoping someone could help me to find out how to work
from my pc at home and connect to my computer at work.

What I want to do is while i'm at home be able to use the work computer
just as if i was there and do things like, check email, run programs and
stuff like that. I have the IP's and stiff like that and both operatins
    systems are Windows XP.

Is there something in Windows XP that's built in the OS that will let me
    do this?
    Thank You in advance.
