How to configure a Cisco 7940

    Hello. Sorry if i am posting a matter already covered.
    I have recently bought a Cisco 7940 IP Phone, but i cant seem to find out how to configure it to work. It doesn't allow me to change anything really. "That button is not active here" or no edit button at all.
    I bought the phone on ebay. I need to change the service provider settings.
    Hopefully someone out there know what to do.
    Help is very apreciated :D
