How the two compare: atom Z520 netbook vs Neo MV-40 1.6GHz netbook

    I am looking at these two netbooks, I think the second one is the
    better of the two systems, but it does not have any good reviews that
    I can find. The msi Neo netbook is the faster processor. Any
    opinions which one is the better system? Thanks
