How much preparation is needed?

I have been in desktop support for over 7 years, but I
have not taken any tests toward MS certification. I have
looked at several practice tests and I know I will need to
do some serious studying, even though I feel I know how to
support most MS operating systems quite proficiently. Does
anyone have any suggestions for a comprehensive study
guide for test 70-271? I think I would like something I
can access online. Thanks for any suggestions.
