Like every other exam 'how it is' depends on your level of preparedness. I
did not find it to be a particularly difficult exam, but the next guy might
not have the experience and the knowledge to pass. If you have been working
with the Windows Server 2003 environment for some time, are comfortable with
the management thereof, and have studied your material then you should rest
easy. If you underestimate the exam - or worse, overestimate your
knowledge - then consider the $125 fee the cost of a learning experience.

What material have you used to prepare, and how much time and energy have
you dedicated to study and preparation? In the end that is what will
matter, and when you press 'End Exam' you will know if you were ready or
    not.

    Good luck!

I just took it this past Saturday - I used Thompson's study material
(provided with the instructor-led course I took). The Measure Up! practice
material was the most useful resource I found. 270 is next for me in a month
(I know, a litle backwards), but study up on the subjects unfamiliar to you -
    you'll do fine!
