My friend has 2 Trojan Horse on her computer and can't get rid of
them. Is there any danger of us exchanging emails and how are they
transferred from one computer to the next?

As long as you don't open any attachments off her you should be fine. Also
tell your friend to download Tuascan that got rid of a Trojan that infected
    my computer.
