How can I tell if my computer can burn

    I have a HP Pavilion a1203w computer, I would like to be able to burn the videos I have taken with my video camera. I can play the video's on my computer and have. Now, how can I find out if I can then burn it onto a disk so that I can play it on a dvd player or such? What kind of disk do I need to have?

    Depends on whether you want to keep the files there. If you do, I suggest using a DVD-R disc.

    I also suggest inserting a blank disc, and checking if it offers to burn things onto it, such as music.
