Hostflapping with multiple mac adresses

    Last weekend some kind of loop killed the network environment over here, it seems to be some loop but for some reason its just 1 switch causing this.
    The weirdest part is that there are many diff macs flapping, the flapping ports connect to cisco IP phones (7940) and the phones are attached to pc's (checked them all).

    Someone can give me any directions where to look for the problem cause I've really no idea since the other switches do not show any spanning tree issues.

    I got the problem exactly the same as you.....

    Hi guys, I bet everybody knows why the problem appear in the network. It’s common issue on 4500 series. I looked up information from many website but I don’t know exactly how I prevent it.

    Unfortunately, the problem appeared in my network. If you guys came up with the solution for prevention, please tell me. Thank you so much.
