Can the owner of the server log everything that you do including passwords,
websites, and everything online? Do they really make you anonymis? Any help
    is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    No one is anonymous.

Provided you are using a secure connection with the website (SSL), the
proxy couldn't tell what passwords and such are. Considering very few
things like bulliten boards will use SSL for your password information,
those passwords would not be safe. Why do you think you need an anonymous
    proxy server?
