Help with Missing Parts of Multi-Part binaries....please

Tons of binary parts are missing and then again some posts are 100%
complete. I see where cross-posted binaries are missing the same part in
each newsgroup that they are posted to. Some people say its the fault of
Roadrunner. But the evidence does not seem to support this. Is there a
definitive way to improve the receipt of all the multi-part binaries?

Thanks a lot for help and guidance.

    Cite evidence.

If you're seeing such posts on other servers (i.e. are sure someone
really did post them), but they aren't on your ISP's new server, it's
your ISP's news server's fault 99 times out of 100.

Either their server isn't keeping up with the feed and is dropping
posts, or has expiration policies set so short on the group(s) in
question that things are expiring off before you see them.

If complaining to Roadrunner doesn't help you get yer pr0n or warez,
then you might need to consider a usenet news provider specialist. I
think examples include giganews and the like.

In the ISP's defense, the Usenet feed is ginormous these days and
running a reliable server that doesn't miss binary posts, and has
storage to hold a decent expiry window for all the various groups that
are out there is extremely difficult and resource intensive. And most
customers don't have a clue about usenet.

As a result most provider ISP's focus on providing reliable text
newsgroups, and offer binary hierarchies on a "best effort"/low
priority basis. If you live and die binaries in newsgroups, you
probably have to shell out $ for a dedicated news provider.

    Best Regards,

Which evidence? It's normal for an ISP's usenet feed to be shite - I haven't
seen a half decent one in 7 years, or a good one in over 10.

    Use a premium usenet service.
