I'm adding a RAID 1 setup to a computer at work for fault tolerance. just
had a major crash and got lucky and saved all teh data, but need to make
sure I have some sort of easy backup. I just bought an identical drive to
the one in there but the motherboard doens't ahev onboard RAId. so I need a
PCI raid controller (just using regular IDE ATA/133 hard drives). can anyone
recommened a decent but cheap one? are they all created equil? performance
isn't a big issue, I just dont' want some generic brand one. looking to
spend 50-100 bucks on the controller card. thanks!
