I've filled my hard drive and have bought a larger one to replace it. No
problem I figured, I have an external drive with a complete backup of my
current drive. I was getting ready to swap the HD and now I think I've
outsmarted myself. The backup pgm is currently on the C drive, once that's
gone, how do I transfer my backup copy to the new HD? Win XP Pro.

    Thanks in advance,

You temporarily install the new drive as a slave (no need to mount it in the
case). Then you can run the programs on the old master to get the new one
    up and running.
