GRAY MARKET!

    I've been trying to get a firmware update for my Nikon-CP-4500.....Nikon
    tells me its Gray Market....Purchased from Broadway Photo...So far ==no
    answer from the company...I'd not recommend this dealer...You should be made
    very aware==if its Gray Market...Very poor business...Practice...

    The firmware updates are on the tech support website. What's the problem?

    You probably have to supply a serial number before they'll give you the
    update.
