Gigabyte K8NF-9 vs K8NXP-9

    As far as i can see the only major difference between these two boards is
    the "HyperTransport" (2000Mhz for the XP-9, 1600 for the NF-9).
    The NF-9 is a lot cheaper.
    Would this make much difference with a 3200+ amd64?

    The K8NF-9 appears to have an nForce4 4x chip compared to a nForce4 ultra
    in the XP-9. Would this have much noticable difference in performance?
    If their are any other good motherboards (but not too expensive) i would
    like to know too :D
