Freeing H/D space in IMatch photo album

Discussion in 'Digital Photography' started by Josh Halberthal, Jul 27, 2003.

  1. I want to free H/D space but I cannot figure out how this works.

Assume I have a set of pictures on my H/D which I add to the database.
I then copy the picture files from the H/D to a CD and delete all
    files from the H/D.

By doing that will IMatch now read directly from the CD so that I
really save space on my H/D?

My apologies if this may sound a stupid question but I am a newbie in
storing pictures in a photo album.

    Thanks for your help,
    Josh
