For those with an interest in spam

    In saying a "NZ Link" they mean NZ Related.. Can be linked to as sourced
    from NZ.. Run from NZ

    meh .. you were supposed to say.. gosh hadnt heard that tidbit come through

    Yes, I think you were being to literal....link as a legal term not a URL.

    Should be interesting to watch this in action, a NZ spammer will be
    faced with going totally abroad....Now if say an ex-nz spammer spams
    people about a NZ based company from China, we cannot get the
    ex-nz-spammer but we can get the NZ company.....big slap.....wont happen
    again if the business thinks of itself as legit....even dodgy ones will
    see fines as an ever increasing cost of doing dodgy business.....I

    n global terms spam wont decrease for NZers because spammers spam
    everyone, but NZ spammers will be on notice....their livelihood depends
    (I would imagine) on being able to advertise a NZ business.....follow
    the money....
