firefox tabbing through form fields

I generally like Firefox, but I'm a bit puzzled about one thing. Under
Mozilla, you can use "tab" to move through all fields of a form, whether
they're text fields, pull-down menus, radio boxes, etc. In Firefox, you
can only tab through the text fields. All radio boxes and menus have to
be set with the mouse, which I find frustrating.

Anyone know if there's a way to change this? Or why this feature
    wouldn't be included in Firefox?

    Thanks,
    Eric
