Firefox 'upgraded' with 2 executable changesto itself but the back trace of the
    change goes to :

OrgName: Oregon State System of Higher Education
    OrgID: OSSHE-1
    Address: 1225 Kincaid, UO Campus
    City: Eugene
    StateProv: OR

    And another to

    OrgName: Double Click, Inc.
    OrgID: DOUBLE-3
    Address: 450 West 33rd Street 16th floor
    City: New York
    StateProv: NY
    PostalCode: 10001
    Country: US

    I wouldn't allow anything from DoubleClick...ever.

You don't say what 'upgraded' means.

It doesn't look like the 'upgrade' came from mozilla.org
