Where can I get the Firefox icon? I'm using Windows 98se and I have the
Windows logo as the icon in the browser windows. Can I get a Firefox
icon? I couldn't find one on their web site.

If you right click on the icon that is there and click on Change Icon, it
should come up with the proper icon for you

    1. This is the FAQ entry for this exact problem
    http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/faq#win98icon

    2. This is how to change the firefox icon
    http://www.mozilla.org/support/firefox/tips#app_icon

    3. This is where to get firefox icons from
    http://iconpacks.mozdev.org/docs/faq.html

I have set up separate icons for
    • the firefox main window
    • the bookmarks manager window
    • the download manager window
    • the extensions manager window
    • the js console window
    etc.

For Firefox users on Win95/98 and WinME It is
    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=171349

There was actually a patch for aviary 1.0.x builds but since it was not
a security fix, it was not allowed. The icon is sourced from the
firefox.exe on XP/2000 as to why they get an Firefox window icon on
    Firefox 1.0.x builds.

Firefox 1.5 will have a Firefox window icon for all Windows users now.
