Firefox 1.0 and Thunderbird

Discussion in 'Firefox' started by Juan Pedro Sanchez, Dec 1, 2004.

  1. I'm using Windows XP SP2 Engligh version. Also Firefox 1.0 and
    Thunderbird 0.7.3
When I click on a newsgroup address or an email address, using Firefox
1.0, it opens Outlook Express, instead of Thunderbird 0.7.3.
How can I make this connection between this programs?

Have you set the default newsgroup reader and e-mail client to be
    Thunderbird? Control Panel/Internet Options/Programs.

Or, install the Launchy extension so you can right click the link and
    choose open in Thunderbird.
