I have a bunch of filters on one computer.

Are these stored in a file that could be installed on another computer?

I would like to avoid the recreation process.

Look for the msgFilterRules.dat and news.group.name.dat files in your Tb
    profile's \Mail\<mail.account.name> and \News\<news.server.name> folders.

If you want to see what's in a DAT file, open it in Notepad.
