I'm wondering if there is any tool that can extract or view .PAC
archive files, their on a CD of mine and when I view the file in
Wordpad it shows the names of the files inside, lots of OGG files and
    such.

    PAC Description:
PAC is the file extension for the Package file associated with
    Sound Blaster Studio II.
It is also the file extension for Stad Image file.
