Explorer question

Every time I turn on my computer, ZA Pro asks if I want Windows Explorer to
act as a server. I checked and it is the legitimate explorer.exe
(C:\Windows). Is there a reason I should either deny or allow a permanent
permission for this? I'm tired of it popping up all the time.

    Thanks
