Coming to terms with a new NoteBook. i'm a cheapskate and don't have
time to find things out by doing a Google (and wading trhough tons of
    hits "Vista").

Problem: When in Explore, how can we switch off the irritating and
annoying 'banner' effect message (that reports file info ie date and
size) and obliterates the info under it everytime the Cursor passes
    over the file/folder? TIA
